Press Operator – 3rd Shift
Join our team as a Press Operator on the 3rd shift and play a vital role in producing high-quality automotive plastic components. This position offers an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment while developing valuable skills. You will operate, monitor, and maintain presses to ensure products meet strict quality standards, adhering to safety protocols every step of the way.
Required Skills:
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work standing, walking, and repetitively handling up to 20 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior manufacturing or press operation experience
- Experience with measuring tools such as calipers
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous production or press operation background is a plus but not mandatory; training provided for motivated candidates
Other Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Committed to safety and maintaining a clean workspace
