Press Operator – 2nd Shift
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Press Operator on the 2nd shift, where you’ll play a vital role in producing high-quality automotive plastic components. This position offers a great opportunity to develop technical skills, contribute to a fast-paced production environment, and grow within an industry-leading company. Required Skills:
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Basic math proficiency
- Attention to detail for quality inspections
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling (up to 20 lbs.)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior manufacturing or press operation experience
- Familiarity with gauges and measurement tools (e.g., calipers)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Other Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Support safe work practices and maintain a clean work environment
