Job Title: Control Panel Assembler
Shift: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm)
Pay: $19
What You Will Do:
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Wire electrical control panels according to diagrams and specifications.
• Strip, prepare, and connect wires to panel components.
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand tools.
• Perform detailed hand assembly work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Inspect completed panels for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
What We Need From You:
• Electrical experience preferred.
• Vocational, technical school, or classroom electrical training is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform detailed assembly work while seated for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills and processes.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit for most of the workday.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for wiring and assembly tasks.
• Ability to distinguish wire colors and read diagrams accurately.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
