Are you a seasoned IT recruitment professional passionate about connecting top-tier tech talent with innovative organizations? We are seeking a dedicated Senior IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end sourcing, screening, and hiring for critical technical roles. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact our organization’s growth and success.
In this position, you will leverage your deep understanding of IT technologies—including AI/ML, cloud computing, and cybersecurity—to attract diverse, high-quality candidates. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and strategic insight. Based in Findlay, OH, this hybrid role emphasizes collaboration and independence in a fast-paced setting.
Required Skills:
- Four or more years of Talent Acquisition or relevant HR experience
- Proven success sourcing for technical roles (software developers, DevOps, data scientists, etc.)
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Experience with niche or emerging technologies
- Additional recruitment certifications or professional training
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Other Requirements:
- Occasional travel up to 10%
- Strong data management and compliance knowledge
